Authors who wish to submit their up to 3 (three) pages extended abstract for the conference should prepare it following the Template and send it to the e-mail addresses: [email protected], [email protected]

The abstracts should be accompanied by the filled in REGISTRATION FORM.
The abstracts in Azerbaijani, English and Russian are acceptable.
Our advice to the potential participants is to submit their abstract before abstract submission deadline on 10, January, 2020.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference. Selected full versions of the abstracts presented at the conference will be published in the journals indexing by the international databases.
Deadline for the submission of the full paper is 31, April, 2020.
